These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website meezanbookkeeping.com and the services we provide, including bookkeeping, financial record management, and related consultancy.
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.


1. Services

We provide bookkeeping and related financial management services as described on our website or agreed with clients in written communication.
All services are customized according to client needs and are subject to mutual agreement before commencement.


2. Payments

All fees must be paid as per the agreed terms or the invoice issued.

Payments are accepted through direct bank transfer.

No work will begin until the initial payment (if required) is received.

All prices mentioned are in USD.


3. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data and documents shared with us.
Your information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.


4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial data and documents.

Delays in sharing information may result in delays in project completion.

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client data.


5. Revisions and Support

We provide 5 rounds of revisions within 5 days of delivery.

Additional revisions or updates after this period may incur extra charges.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in cases where services have not been started or if a mutual agreement for cancellation is reached.
Once work has begun or deliverables have been provided, refunds are not applicable.


7. Limitation of Liability

We strive for accuracy and professionalism, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from bookkeeping errors, system failures, or third-party service issues.


8. Intellectual Property

All templates, tools, and processes developed by us remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without our consent.


9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
Outstanding payments for completed work must be settled before termination.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi.
